The 2024 Pharmacometrics Spring School: Modeling and Simulation with MonolixSuiteTM will focus on PK and PKPD population modeling using Monolix and simulations of new scenarios using Simulx. It is for: Beginner users who will learn how to start using MonolixSuite on their own data, Intermediate users who will gain confidence with MonolixSuite and learn how to make modeling more exciting and efficient   The course offers a free temporary licence for all MonolixSuiteTM applications and immediate help from us during live session with the Q&A chat. This course is accessible worldwide thanks to two identical live sessions per day, and the sessions recordings. PK Model development including model selection, diagnosis and comparison. PKPD modeling using sequential, intermediate and joint approaches. The history of your courses will be available. I participated in the previous edition of the Pharmacometrics Spring School with MonolixSuite. Do you recommend to participate in this one?  In this Spring School we will show some of the features in the upcoming new version of MonolixSuite. However, the main content of the lectures and the hands-on sessions will be the same as in the previous editions, so if you feel confident with this material there is no need to participate in this course this year. However, you can always take advantage of the live chat and Q&A with the MonolixSuite team during the lecture sessions. Do I need the MonolixSuite installed on my computer? You can listen to the lecture without having MonolixSuite installed. However, you do need it if you want to practice MonolixSuite between sessions with the hands-on exercises. How to install the MonolixSuite? All information about the installation can be found in the download webpage. Which version of MonolixSuite can I use?  To open projects used in the course you need the MonolixSuite2023R1 version. Do I have to pay for the MonolixSuite license? We provide a FREE TEMPORARY LICENSE to all participants of the Spring School, valid until April 14th, 2024. The information about the activation key is the Introductory module of the course. This is a 90-minute quick-start, crash RENAsym software course for clinicians, pharmaceutical/biotechnology scientists, and engineers in the areas of toxicology, clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, DMPK and ADME looking to learn more about kidney injury - prior experience with RENAsym is not required. The crash course will use RENAsym version 1A, the latest version of RENAsym. The purpose of this course is to provide new (or prospective new) users of RENAsym with the perspective, resources, and learning path needed to become expert users. Class size is limited to encourage interaction with the course instructors and among attendees. This is a 2-hour quick-start, crash DILIsym software course for clinicians, pharmaceutical/biotechnology scientists, and engineers in the areas of toxicology, clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, DMPK and ADME. Prior experience with DILIsym®, the liver injury prediction software tool, is not required. The crash course will use DILIsym® version 10 (X), the newest and most advanced release of DILIsym®.
