Tips for Account Set-up 

  • If applying for membership pricing, use your government, academic, or concierge email to register.  

  • Set your time zone on your profile, and courses will appear with the time listed for where you live. 

 

How do I qualify for membership pricing? 

We offer membership pricing to government agencies (including regulatory), academia, concierge and members of the SLP-TAP program. To receive membership pricing, please create your account before purchasing. We will then verify your account qualifies for membership pricing and assign your account to the appropriate membership. Simply check back in 1-2 days to see your membership’s pricing. Using your affiliated email address will speed up the verification process. 

Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple courses?

Yes, if you purchase more than one workshop in a single transaction, you are eligible for 10% off your total purchase by using the code BULKDISC10.

If you are purchasing multiple seats for the same workshop (bulk purchase), please reach out to education@simulations-plus.com for a one-time use code to receive your 10% off.

Can I use coupons on top of my membership pricing?

Yes, you can, unless otherwise noted.

Can I use multiple coupons in a single transaction?

No, it is one coupon per transaction.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

Payments for courses must be made via credit card through PayPal. However, we recognize PayPal is not available everywhere. In the event your country is not supported by PayPal or your institution does not have a credit card available please contact (education@simulations-plus.com) to request an invoice to pay via wire transfer. Credit card payments will not be accepted over the phone.

Opting in to receive marketing-related communications

Whenever you submit a registration form or any time after that in which you enroll in a paid course, you are automatically opted in to receive marketing-related communications, including news, updates, and promotional emails. You may opt-out at any time by using the following link: unsubscribe from this list.

My course was canceled by Simulations Plus, now what?

Simulations Plus retains the right to cancel an online instructor-led course or an in-person course 30 calendar days before the first session, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

A life emergency came up, and I cannot attend, can I cancel and transfer my registration to another course?

On-Demand Workshops Online – Non-refundable, and no credits are offered due to cancellation by the participant.

Instructor-Led Online Workshops – If a participant purchased an instructor-led workshop and subsequently would like to unenroll, they are required to send an email to Cancellation@Simulations-Plus.com no later than one week before the start of the course. The participant will receive 100% credit via a coupon code. This credit can be used for another in-person, live, or on-demand workshop offered on our Simulations Plus Training platform. Coupon codes expire 12 months from the date of the workshop from which the participant unenrolled.  Please see below for additional information about issued credits.

In-person Workshops – If a participant purchased an in-person workshop using the Simulations Plus Training platform and subsequently would like to unenroll, they are required to send an email to Cancellation@Simulations-Plus.com no later than two weeks before the start of the course.  The participant will receive 100% credit via a coupon code. This credit can be used for another in-person, live, or on-demand workshop offered on our Simulations Plus Training platform. Coupon codes expire 12 months from the date of the workshop from which the participant unenrolled.  Please see below for additional information about issued credits.

How Credits Work

  • Credits will be administered in the form of a coupon code.
  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • All coupon codes expire 12 months from the date of the workshop from which the participant unenrolled.
  • Credits issued via coupon codes are for the full amount paid for the workshop from which the participant unenrolled. If the price of the subsequent workshop exceeds the issued credit amount, the participant will be responsible for the additional amount above the credit applied, and the balance will be due upon purchase.
  • A coupon code can only be used once and can be applied to multiple courses within a single transaction. Any remaining balance is forfeited if the total purchase is less than the amount issued as a credit on the coupon code.

Each participant is allowed to unenroll/cancel up to three workshops a year, with the year beginning September 1 and ending August 31.
